And the danger is not only to individuals; it extends to become a burden on security forces and civil defense, whose time is exhausted in moving the crowd away instead of containing the danger. Every second wasted between cries of "stay away" and curiosity of "let me see" may be crucial between control and chaos, between safety and catastrophe.
True awareness is not measured by the number of clips we capture, but by our ability to make the right decision when the situation tests us.
