Al Jazeera beats AlSarhan 31 in the opening of the 22nd round of the Professional League

Khaberni - Al Jazeera defeated its counterpart Al-Sarhan with a score of 3-1, in the match that brought them together this Thursday evening, at Al-Hassan Stadium in Irbid, as part of the opening of the 22nd round of the Jordanian Professional Football League.
Defender Yasser Al-Rawashdeh opened the scoring for Al Jazeera in the 40th minute of the first half, before Zaid Abu Abed enhanced the lead with a penalty kick in the 50th minute, and Qusai Dawahdeh added the third goal at the 78th minute, while Ahmed Abdel Rabeh scored the only goal for Al-Sarhan from a penalty kick in the 88th minute.
With this victory, Al Jazeera strengthened its position in fifth place in the league's overall standings, raising its score to 28 points, while Al-Sarhan's score remains frozen at 6 points in the last place.
The competitions continue tomorrow, Friday, as Al-Baqa meets Shabab Al-Jordan at Petra Stadium at five o'clock in the afternoon, while Al-Ramtha faces its counterpart Al-Ahly at Al-Hassan Stadium at seven-thirty in the evening.
The round concludes the day after tomorrow, Saturday, as Hussein Irbid hosts its counterpart Al-Salt at Al-Hassan Stadium at five o'clock in the afternoon.
Meanwhile, Amman International Stadium will witness the anticipated summit meeting between Al-Faisaly and Al-Wehdat at seven-thirty in the evening.
