Khaberni - The Faculty of Law at Petra University launched the "Open Legal Hour" initiative with the aim of providing a direct dialog platform between students and faculty members.
The Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Ali Al-Dabbas, said that the initiative aims to maintain communication with students and provide accurate answers to their academic, professional, and legal inquiries, adding that the faculty will ensure that sessions are held periodically at one hour per month to ensure the continuous response to students' needs.
The first session witnessed interactive discussions about activating extracurricular activities, increasing opportunities for practical training, and conditions of joining the Bar Association. The students also discussed the nature of training at the Lawyer's Training Institute and the mechanisms to prepare for improving results in the university proficiency exam.
The dialog meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Mohammad Abu Bakar, Dr. Mu'tasim Haif, and the teacher Heba Al-Muhaisen.
