Khaberni - The Faculty of Business at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan organized an academic meeting that gathered faculty members in attendance of department heads, chaired by the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Abdul Razaq Shhadeh, in the context of the college's commitment to enhancing internal communication and developing the academic and administrative system in alignment with the university’s aspirations and strategic vision.
During the meeting, the dean of the college highlighted the key achievements the faculty has made in recent times, in terms of developing academic programs and enhancing the quality of the educational process, along with expanding in offering training courses and specialized professional certifications that contribute to enhancing students' efficiency and boosting their competitiveness in the job market. He also referred to the efforts made by the university in supporting practical training and developing practical skills among students, which meets the requirements of various sectors and enhances the employment prospects of graduates.
The meeting also discussed a range of challenges and issues facing the faculty, both academically and administratively, where several developmental suggestions and solutions were proposed in collaboration with faculty members. The attendees emphasized the importance of working with a team spirit and enhancing partnerships among different departments, which contributes to improving the outputs of the faculty and achieving institutional excellence in an educational environment that is stimulating, supportive of creativity, and innovation.
