Hyman is keen to share his insights with millions of his followers on social media platforms, where he offers advice based on his extensive experience.

In his latest post on "Instagram", he pointed out that the current healthcare system is not broken, but functions as it was designed, but it often goes against human nature: "Your food is designed to be addictive, and your environment is filled with toxins that disrupt your biological functions." He added that chronic diseases have become "the prevailing norm".

To confront this reality, Hyman proposed five basic and simple steps:

    Eat real food, away from industrial processing.
    Move your body regularly.
    Make sleep a top priority.
    Drink sufficient amounts of water daily.
    Connect with real people.

He explained: "This is the medicine that works. When you understand what your body needs to function efficiently as it was designed, you will begin to feel a marked improvement. Start with the simple basics; they are often the most impactful and form the fundamental basis for the body's recovery and cellular repair."

This update comes after a previous post in which Hyman revealed his daily diet that helps him feel "like he is twenty-six, despite being sixty-six years old," and includes items like eggs, feta cheese, and a "burger" sandwich.
