Khaberni - The Price Monitoring Committee in the UAE has approved an increase in all fuel derivatives in April 2026, approving an 80 fils increase for gasoline, and diesel prices rose by 1.97 dirhams per liter compared to March 2026 prices.
Fuel distribution companies in the UAE announced the new prices yesterday, with the new pricing that includes a 5% value-added tax, set to start from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, according to UAE media.
The price of Super "98" gasoline increased by 80 fils from 2.59 dirhams in March to 3.39 dirhams in April, while the price for Special "95" gasoline rose by 80 fils from 2.48 dirhams in March to 3.28 dirhams in April, and similarly, the price for "E Plus" "91" gasoline increased by 80 fils from 2.40 dirhams in March to 3.20 dirhams in April. The price of diesel also rose by 1.97 dirhams per liter from 2.72 dirhams in March to 4.69 dirhams in April.
