Khaberni - Marc Luigi Corsi, UNICEF representative in Lebanon, said on Friday that more than 370,000 children were forced to flee in Lebanon due to the Israeli military campaign against Hezbollah.
He added that about 20% of Lebanon's population has been displaced due to the escalation, noting that at least 121 children have been killed and 399 others injured.
He stressed that there is no safe place for people to take refuge, even in Beirut, urgently calling for humanitarian aid to be made available to all those in need.
He explained that UNICEF's Rapid Response Mechanism reached more than 167,000 displaced people, providing them with non-food essentials and winter supplies.
