Khaberni - An American judge, on Thursday, dismissed an antitrust lawsuit filed by Elon Musk's X Corp, accusing the Global Advertiser Federation and major companies of illegally boycotting the social media platform "X".
Among the major companies named in the X lawsuit are "Mars", "CVS Health", and "Colgate-Palmolive", according to "Reuters".
Federal Judge Jane Boyle in the federal court in Dallas stated that "X" failed to prove that it had suffered any damage under federal antitrust laws.
