Khaberni - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that there has been tangible progress in message transmission with Iran, while calling on countries concerned with international law to act against what he described as Tehran's threat to global navigation.
Rubio said, "There are countries transferring messages with Iran, and we have made tangible progress in this field," without specifying the nature of this progress or the intermediary nations.
He added that "countries concerned with international law should take action against Iran's threat to global navigation."
Rubio pointed out that "the Strait of Hormuz could be reopened if Iran stops threatening global navigation."
