Khaberni - The Badr Misdemeanor Court has fined the accused Sarah Khalifa an amount of 2000 EGP, with the confiscation of the phone, in the case where she is accused of violating prison rules.
Just a while ago, at the Badr Misdemeanor Court held in the Fifth Settlement, Sarah Khalifa arrived to attend the sentencing hearing in her prison rule violation case.
Previously, the competent investigative authorities referred the accused Sarah Khalifa to trial after charging her with smuggling a mobile phone into her cell, in clear violation of the regulations governing penal institutions. During the session, the defense requested a postponement to review the case file, to which the court responded and decided to postpone the trial.
