Iran The only way to pass through the Strait of Hormuz is to coordinate with us

Khaberni - The Iranian Defense Council confirmed that any attack on the energy infrastructure in the country will be met with a decisive and direct response, indicating that the only way to pass through the Strait of Hormuz is to coordinate with us.
The council emphasized in a statement Tehran’s commitment to the principle of “reciprocity” as demonstrated in its previous responses to attacks targeting the Natanz nuclear facility, the Dimona nuclear complex, and the Asaluyeh energy infrastructure.

It clarified that "any attempt by the enemy to attack Iranian coasts or islands will be met with the deployment of sea mines across all connecting passages and communication lines in the Gulf, including floating mines that can be launched from the shores".

It warned that this move would effectively close the entire Gulf for prolonged periods, emphasizing that the responsibility would lie with the aggressor.

The council referred to the historical failure record of more than 100 mine sweepers in clearing a limited number of sea mines during the 1980s, confirming that this legacy has not yet been erased from memory.

The statement stressed that the only way for non-belligerent states to pass through the Strait of Hormuz is by coordinating with Iran, affirming that the Iranian people, armed forces, and officials will continue to endure until the last moment in following the directives of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
