Khaberni - His Eminence the Grand Mufti of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, His Eminence Ahmad Al-Hassanat, called for the sighting of the crescent of the month of Shawwal for the year 1447 AH, on the evening of Thursday, the twenty-ninth of the blessed month of Ramadan, corresponding to the nineteenth of March in the year 2026 AD.
The Fatwa Department indicated that the Fatwa offices will open their doors across the kingdom to receive citizens to testify about the sighting of the crescent.
