Jordan Private schools disrupt students on Thursday and defy the prime ministers announcement

Khaberni - Some private schools have decided to disrupt students on Thursday, despite an official announcement from Prime Minister Jafar Hassan specifying the Eid al-Fitr holiday starting from the morning of Friday, March 20th until the evening of Monday, March 23rd.

The announcement stipulates the suspension of all ministries, official departments, institutions, public bodies, official universities, municipalities, the Greater Amman Municipality, and companies wholly owned by the government during this period, with the exception of entities whose nature of work requires otherwise.

The decision to disrupt students on Thursday has confused many parents, especially since employees in the public and private sectors are working on this day and are not included in the holiday, causing difficulties for families in arranging their children's affairs.
