Jerusalemites Perform the Last Friday Prayer of Ramadan Near AlAqsa

Khaberni - Jerusalemites performed the fourth and last Friday prayer of Ramadan near the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, amid its complete closure for the 14th consecutive day, under the pretext of "emergency situation in the war and instructions of the Israeli Home Front."

The Jerusalem Governorate reported that hundreds of Jerusalemites performed the Friday prayer at the closest points to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, specifically at Bab al-Sahira, Bab al-Amud neighborhood, and Muhammad Al-Fateh Mosque in Silwan, amidst an intense deployment of occupation forces that prevent access to the Al-Aqsa Mosque and place metal barriers to completely block the roads leading to it.

It is noted that this Friday is the second consecutive one where Muslims are banned from performing Friday prayer and all other prayers in Al-Aqsa, marking the first time since 1967 that night prayers are not being held in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa.
