Khaberni - Two journalists from Agence France-Presse reported hearing loud explosions on Saturday in Manama, the capital of Bahrain.
One of the journalists said he heard at least five explosions in the city.
Since Saturday, February 28, Israel and the United States have been conducting airstrikes on Iran, which resulted in the killing of Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, and since then, Tehran has been retaliating by striking Israel and other countries in the region with missiles and drones.
Iran has implemented a naval blockade on shipping through the Strait of Hormuz and targeted oil tankers attempting to transit through it.
On the first Sunday of March, Hezbollah fired several missiles from Lebanon targeting northern Israel in response to the assassination of Khamenei, which dragged Lebanon into an open war with Israel, where the latter carried out destructive raids on southern Lebanon and the southern suburbs of Beirut.
