The Army Return of a group of Gaza patients after completing their treatment in Jordan

Khaberni - A group of children from the Gaza Strip completed their treatment in Jordanian hospitals, and returned with their relatives to Gaza, via the King Hussein Bridge, today, Wednesday.

The batch included (10) sick children accompanied by (18) relatives, who returned to Gaza after receiving the necessary medical care under the direct supervision of specialized Jordanian medical staff, in accordance with approved treatment protocols, and in coordination with the relevant official authorities.

All the patients, according to the medical reports issued by the hospitals, completed all phases of treatment, where they and their families were provided with the highest standards of medical care.

Jordan had announced since the launch of the initiative that the patients and their companions would return to Gaza after completing their treatment, enabling Jordan to evacuate new batches of patients for treatment in the Kingdom's hospitals, thus embodying Jordan's steadfast position in supporting the Palestinians and ensuring their stability on their land, and not contributing in any way to the displacement of Palestinians from their land.

The relatives of the children expressed their thanks and appreciation to Jordan and to His Majesty King Abdullah II, valuing the Jordanian medical corridor initiative launched by the Kingdom to provide medical aid to the people of Gaza, which contributed to alleviating the suffering of their children, and restored hope to their families amidst the difficult health conditions experienced by the sector.

Hundreds of Gazan children continue their treatment journey in Jordan, since the medical evacuation operations began in March 2025.

It should be noted that the Jordan Armed Forces – the Arab Army, continues its medical evacuation operations from the sector, where the total number of cases transported for treatment in the Kingdom’s hospitals amounted to (635) children, accompanied by (1598) companions.
