During the period (1990–2025), through the review and analysis of statistical data, I formulated four main indicators to evaluate security performance: operational and strategic:
Institutional Development Indicator: Efficiency of achievement increased from 18.56% to 29.37%, with a relative improvement of 58%; which indicates an escalating organizational maturity and a methodological improvement in procedures and operational governance.
Efficiency Under Pressure Indicator: Achieved an average accomplishment of 24.11% in high-pressure years compared to 16.20% in normal years, with an increase of about 49%; indicating institutional flexibility and an effective ability to manage resources and enhance readiness in the most challenging conditions.
Sustainable Growth in Productivity Indicator: Compound annual growth rate of 18.76% with sustainability in positive growth in 80% of the years; which indicates a systematic cumulative development based on continuous improvement and not circumstantial results.
Quality and Strategic Focus Indicator: Achievement rate for individual cases of 25.07%, with 58.32% of the total achievements concentrated in the most pressured years; indicating precision in priority setting and strategic focus that balances between quantity and quality.
These indicators reflect disciplined institutional performance based on analysis and measurement, and a sustainable ability to transform challenges into tangible results.
