Al-Qudah urged the institution to address the congestion and the significant rush to purchase, prevent people from obtaining quantities greater than what they need, and to prevent resale by some.
Al-Qudah emphasized the necessity of providing the required quantities to meet the citizens' needs for this essential commodity at reasonable prices
