Khaberni - The Saudi authorities have approved the inclusion of Jordanian trucks in the Saudi Arabian decision to increase the operational age to 22 years for a period of six months.
It is hoped that the decision will positively reflect on the land transport sector between the two countries, support transport companies, reduce operational burdens, and enhance the efficiency of the fleet operating on international routes, contributing to facilitating the movement of goods and achieving flexibility in logistical operations.
The announcement of the decision came after a video call meeting between the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Transport, Fares Abu Deyyah, and the Deputy of the General Authority of Road Transport in Saudi Arabia, Abdulmajid Al-Tassan.
