Khaberni - The Secretary-General of the Hashemite Charity Association of Jordan, Hussein Al-Shibli, discussed today, Wednesday, with the Vice-President of the General Union of Charitable Societies, head of the Capital Union, Barakat Barakat, enhancing cooperation and unifying efforts to serve charitable and humanitarian work.
The two parties reviewed, during the meeting, the most prominent programs and initiatives implemented by the Association and the Union, and coordination mechanisms among the charitable societies that contribute to expanding the scope of benefitting from the services provided to targeted groups, and enhancing the integration in implementing developmental and relief projects.
Al-Shibli emphasized the importance of effective partnership with the unions and charitable societies across various provinces, which fulfills the mission of humanitarian work and enhances its impact on society.
For his part, Barakat stressed the need to intensify cooperation and exchange expertise in a way that positively reflects on the quality and sustainability of services, pointing out the importance of enhancing the strategic partnership with the Hashemite Charity Association of Jordan.
He praised the leading role played by the Hashemite Charity Association of Jordan in coordinating relief and humanitarian efforts both within and outside the Kingdom, which reflects the bright image of Jordanian charitable work. He mentioned that the Capital Union is striving to unify the efforts of the charitable societies and enhance their institutional capacities through the exchange of expertise, execution of training programs, and coordination of joint initiatives, contributing to reaching a broader segment of deserving families and achieving sustainable developmental impact.
