Khaberni - Thousands of users of platform X around the world, on Monday, are facing issues with using the platform, owned by Elon Musk.
According to the electronic service outage tracking site "Down Detector", thousands of users from several countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, have reported outages with the platform’s service.
Users reported problems with the X app on phones, as well as the website.
When opening the "X" app on phones, a message appears stating "Cannot retrieve posts at this time, please try again later".
No official confirmation has been issued by "X" so far regarding this issue.
What are the reasons for the outage?
Platform X does not have a "system status" page that explains the cause of outages and operational status, so it is unclear why the service outage occurred on Monday.
The platform's service developers say: "All systems are operating normally", according to reports.
The outages in the service of platform X have recurred in the past, and the company has attributed them at one time to an issue with a data center.
