Khaberni - Today, Monday, the kingdom was affected by a warm air mass, which led to a noticeable rise in temperatures compared to the general averages for this time of year. The maximum temperatures in some areas south of the capital Amman reached about 27 degrees Celsius, specifically at Queen Alia International Airport, while temperatures ranged between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius in other regions, and exceeded the thirties Celsius in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba areas.
The weather maps in Arab Weather indicate a significant drop in temperatures during the day on Tuesday, 17-2-2026, with a decrease of at least 10 degrees Celsius compared to today. The weather will be relatively cold in various regions, with large amounts of clouds at different altitudes appearing.
The forecasts also indicate a weak possibility of local rain showers in limited areas of the kingdom, and the winds will be moderate westerly, sometimes active, which may lead to increased dust concentration in the atmosphere, especially in desert areas.
During the evening and the night of Tuesday/Wednesday, cloud amounts will gradually decrease, and the weather will be cold with light, variable-direction winds.
