Khaberni - The Greek police announced the discovery of the body of the producer of the famous Israeli spy series "Tehran" dead in a room at a hotel in Athens, confirming that an investigation has been opened to determine the circumstances of the incident.
The body of the producer, known as Dana Eden (52 years old), was found on Sunday, after several attempts by a relative to contact her failed, and police officials reported that the case is being treated as a suicide based on evidence and testimonies.
Greek investigators found medication at the scene where the body was discovered, and the coroner noticed bruises on Eden's neck.
The production company Donna and Shula Productions stated in a release, "This is a moment when family members, friends, and colleagues feel profound sadness."
The production company added, "It wishes to clarify that rumors of a criminal death or those related to nationalist tendencies are untrue and unfounded," urging the media and the public to refrain from spreading unverified claims, and the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation (Kan Radio) reported that Eden was in Greece to shoot the fourth season of the series.
