Jordan A warm air mass increases the temperature in Jordan by 12 degrees above its averages

Khaberni - The latest outcomes of modern technology in "Arab Weather" indicate that the kingdom will be affected by a warm air mass, whose influence will increase on Monday, leading to a significant rise in temperatures to become about 10 to 12 degrees Celsius above its annual averages.

The weather will generally be warm and dry, with dust spreading at varying intensity across different regions.

It is expected that maximum temperatures will exceed the mid-twenties Celsius in many cities, including the eastern and southern districts of the capital, Amman.

Climatic records indicate that these levels have not been recorded in the month of February since 2010 in East Amman.

In the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea areas, temperatures are expected to approach 30 degrees Celsius, with relatively hot weather during the noon and afternoon periods.

With the arrival of Tuesday, a clear and sudden decrease in temperatures by about 10 degrees Celsius compared to Monday is expected.

The weather will turn to become chilly and partly cloudy, with a chance of local and scattered rain showers in random areas.

The western winds will pick up in the afternoon hours after being southeasterly and dust-stirring on Monday.

"Arab Weather" center urges citizens to be cautious about the sharp temperature differences and not to lighten their clothing.

It also emphasizes respiratory and eye patients to take caution from dusty conditions, warning against prolonged exposure to sunlight in the Jordan Valley areas.
