20000 for a World Cup Final Ticket and Morocco in a Crisis

Khaberni - Media reports indicate that ticket prices for the 2026 World Cup have experienced a huge leap on FIFA's official resale platform.

The Manila Times clarified that attending matches in the World Cup has become more difficult, especially since most tickets were distributed shortly after the initial sales phases ended.
He added: "According to the lists displayed, seats for a large number of matches are offered at prices exceeding their original value by multiple times, reflecting the expected demand for the next edition of the World Cup 2026, which will be hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico."

It continued: "Remarkable figures were recorded, as a first-class ticket for the final match was offered for $20,000, while its basic price is $7,875, which is nearly three times the official value."

A third-class ticket for the opening match scheduled on June 11 in Mexico City between Mexico and South Africa was offered for $5,324, compared to its original price of $895."

In another anticipated match, the value of a seat in the highest stands of the stadium to watch the Brazil versus Morocco match on June 13 was about $1,725, which is more than seven times the base price.
