Weather fluctuations and climate change in the first quarter of the twenty-first century
Weather fluctuations are cosmic phenomena that occur according to the commands and will of Allah, glory be to Him, because Allah alone, without others, is the sole manager of the laws of the universe and reverses the universe by His absolute will and by the extent determined for the universe that has been harnessed what is in the earth and the universe for human benefit from the blessings deposited by Allah, glory be to Him, and for the preservation of them as the system of the universe is based on environmental balance. However, due to several factors, perhaps the most notable of which are wars and the use of internationally banned weapons of mass destruction and the resulting poisonous gases and the spread of diseases and the environmental pollution they cause, which harms photosynthesis necessary for the continuation of terrestrial and marine life and the environment in all its forms, and due to their significant impact in causing an imbalance in environmental balance, which resulted in climate change and fluctuations in weather conditions from rising water levels resulting from the increase in the amount of rainfall and the formation of floods and landslides, melting of snow, the strength of storms and winds, an increase in temperatures and global warming, desertification and drought, among other environmental problems not to mention the wars and internationally banned weapons of mass destruction threatening plant cover and food security, the absence of rationality and diplomacy and favoring the language of war over the language of dialogue and peace and the use of excessive force logic and weapons of mass destruction internationally banned even if at the expense of the environmental system, deprives the global environment of its balance and safety as it deprives the peoples of global peace and their right to self-determination which now rings the alarm bell and worries the world as the whole world is economically affected by them which requires from the international community and the United Nations to work to stop the wars and disarmament of weapons of mass destruction banned internationally without exception because of the severe damages they cause threatening the global environment of the world enshrining the rules of international law and humanitarian law and human rights calling for the right to life and human dignity and international environmental law and consolidating the Outer Space Treaty and the oceans and consolidating the disaster charter as it also requires from the entire world international cooperation and standing on the most prominent challenges facing the whole world today from climate changes and weather fluctuations with the principle of caution and care through concentrating monitoring devices that operate in all conditions and around the clock around the clock and which operate with artificial intelligence technology provided to satellites to be able to perform their important role after the success of Allah, glory be to Him, in identifying affected areas and disasters and knowing weather forecasts and monitoring the Earth and its transformations and preparing weather maps to be provided to the whole world through the International Meteorological Federation in order to minimize environmental damage and protect lives and properties which are considered from the peaceful uses of space and providing humanitarian aid to address any potential environmental harm using the experience of previous countries in dangerous weather conditions as it requires from the meteorological agencies in each country to deal with the low pressure and climate changes not on the basis of the areas most rainfall from the least but on the basis of avoiding the potential danger through modern, advanced and high-precision monitoring devices that work with artificial intelligence capable of sensing the potential danger before it occurs to be dealt with according to the highest readiness with minimizing environmental damage as much as possible in order to create a safe environment for the world's children and future generations and humanity as a whole to enjoy a green peace interface free from the danger of wars and internationally banned weapons of mass destruction and from the danger of environmental pollution and desertification and drought in all its forms, yes indeed the time has come for the children of the world and future generations and humanity as a whole to enjoy love, stability and global peace for the whole world.
