Kahilan A Bedouin series that explores the struggle for leadership and love in the Najd desert

Khaberni - The historical Bedouin series "Kahilan," which tells stories about brotherhood, betrayal, and fateful decisions, in a tribal society witnessing conflicts, launches in the month of Ramadan.

The events of the series, promoted by the "Shahid" platform, take place in the Najd desert, addressing issues of the struggle for leadership and power in the desert, where battles and conflicts mix with love and passion in events that date back more than two centuries.

The stars of the series revealed in a video published by the platform to promote the anticipated series about a part of the epic series’ story, which revolves around two knights related by blood, but separated by the greed for leadership, power, and love.

The stars of the series in the promotional clip said, "In a world where only the sharpness of the sword prevails, strength is the loudest voice, but when circumstances change and souls are altered, nothing but the battlefield remains, oh Humaidan, when men are in the arena, then women are the ones pulling the strings from behind the tents, Kahilan symbolizes dignity, power, and courage, and is what everyone desires to secure."

In the series, a spark of confrontation ignites between the two Bedouin knights in a tribal world governed by customs and the logic of power, fueling the fuse of conflict between them while threads of love and schemes add oil to a fire of a conflict with no commendable outcome.

The Syrian writer Mohammad Al-Yasari, the author of the Bedouin work, teased his new series by posting scenes excerpted from the series, which received widespread praise from bloggers on social media who expressed their eagerness for this type of work.

Starring in the series are a selection of Gulf artists, including "Fahad Al-Qahtani, Abdullah Mutayb, Badr Muhsen, Reem Al-Habib, Manal Ahmad, Saeed Saleh, Ayda Al-Qaisi, Saraa Al-Otaibi, Sana, Reem Fahad, Abdulaziz Al-Skeereen, Fahd Mohammad, and Ahmed Said," directed by Jassim Al-Mahna.
