Sources told «خبرني» that a number of contractors were surprised by the mention of their names in the official news released about the ceremony, without being previously informed to attend the event or receive the honorary shields.
According to the sources, the ministry justified this by stating that it had forgotten to inform some of the honored contractors to attend and receive the shields, despite their names being listed in the official announcement.
