On the seventh of February, the dawn of Jordan shines on a dear memory to the nation, when the sunrise of that day weaves a memory of loyalty and allegiance to His Majesty King Abdullah II Bin Al-Hussein, may God protect him - carrying the breezes of this memory the story of the journey of building and accomplishment by His Majesty the late great King Hussein bin Talal, may God bless his soul, the builder of modern Jordan’s renaissance, who established the foundations of the Jordanian state based on a system of values of giving and prosperity, aiming for the prosperity he wanted as a goal for the state and a path for the ascent of his nation towards greatness and a dignified life for his people. In this memory, the allegiance is renewed in the consciousness of the Jordanians who have entrenched meanings of the covenant and loyalty between the wise Hashemite leadership and the giving people who have shared with their leadership the journey of building and growth. Here we are in this Hashemite country, continuing with the determination and initiative of His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein and his trustworthy Crown Prince in the journey of building, accomplishment, and elevation for our dear Jordan, proceeding with confident steps towards further progress and lifting on all levels, despite the obstacles and challenges that have descended onto the nation due to external circumstances surrounding the journey with many events, changes, and difficulties on regional and international levels, which had significant negative impacts on our beloved country in all fields, especially economic and security ones. Despite the scarcity of resources and reduction of external support, and the presence of Jordan in the crucible of global events, Jordan managed with his Majesty’s wisdom to manage the scene with remarkable wisdom recognized by all, and the country has turned challenges into opportunities through overcoming them with all wisdom and capability, conditions have reinforced the policy of relying on available capabilities, and on the awareness of its loyal and faithful people to remain steadfast and united in facing the winds of change that have swept the world, increasing the Jordanians' determination to adhere to their constants and principles towards their national and regional issues, particularly the Palestinian cause which he made his first issue, and these challenges and changes have not diminished the determination of the leadership that made from its constant and continuous support for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state the focus of Jordanian policy, and Jordan has spared no effort in the cohesion of leadership and people in supporting our people in Gaza and made diligent efforts to reach a ceasefire in the devastating war on our people in Gaza from the Zionist entity, and Jordan has preserved its special path of modernization, development, and building of this nation and its supreme interests, on all levels in addition to its directions and continuous interest and follow-up in updating and developing the heroic armed forces, suitable with regional and international changes and challenges to be the fortress and shield of Jordan, thanks to his Majesty’s wisdom and foresight.
On this occasion, we renew an allegiance whose warmth has not faded to be a people and an army and security agencies the arms of leadership and tools for building the nation in the journey of building and growth.
May God protect the nation and its leader, our brave armed forces, our security agencies, and may God keep upon us the blessings of security and safety under the wise Hashemite leadership led by our lord and our master His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Hussein the magnificent and his trustworthy Crown Prince, may God protect them, and guide them on the path of goodness.
