Deputy Zuhair Mohammed Al-Khashman, head of the Middle and National Islamic Parties' Parliamentary Group, said that the Day of Loyalty and Allegiance forms a luminous national moment, where the meanings of belonging and trust are renewed, and where Jordanians unite around a core belief in the state and its ability to continue and build with stability and wisdom.
Deputy Captain Zuhair Mohammed Al-Khashman added that the allegiance to His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein, may God protect him, was never just a recalled occasion, but a continuous national path leading towards the future, establishing a solid relationship between the leadership and the people, characterized by partnership, clarity, and joint efforts for a stronger and more stable Jordan.
Al-Khashman expressed that true loyalty is manifested when national values transform into general behavior, when trust in the leadership translates into institutional work, gradual reform, and constant protection of the state’s status and dignity, emphasizing that the Hashemite leadership has, throughout its journey, been a factor of balance and reassurance in an extremely complex regional environment.
He further stated that His Majesty King Abdullah II has led Jordan with a far-reaching vision, making stability a pillar of development, wisdom a method in managing challenges, and the Jordanian individual a focus of development and care, thus keeping Jordan present with its political weight, firm with its institutions, and confident in its future.
The head of the group confirmed that the allegiance on this day is an allegiance to hope, to a state capable of renewal, to a reformative approach based on the rule of law, enhancing the role of institutions, expanding participation spaces, linking politics with public ethics, and working responsibly.
Al-Khashman emphasized that the role of the parliament, on this national occasion, is to be an active partner in translating royal visions into legislations and policies that serve the citizen, enhance trust, and advance the wheels of political, economic, and administrative modernization.
Deputy Captain Zuhair Mohammed Al-Khashman concluded by saying that the Day of Loyalty and Allegiance will remain a unifying occasion, where the national will meets on the path to the future, in loyalty to Jordan, allegiance to its Hashemite leadership, and unwavering confidence that the future holds greater opportunities and broader ambitions.
