Khaberni - Social media platforms in Egypt have recently experienced widespread controversy, following the circulation of clips from a live broadcast by the young Egyptian blogger "Rouh", who appeared in a poor psychological state, before she attempted to end her life on air, which shocked and concerned viewers.
The blogger had been suffering from severe psychological pressure recently, due to personal crises and accumulated conflicts, which reflected on her behavior and statements during the broadcast, showing signs of collapse and repeated crying.
In an incident that sparked interaction, the Egyptian blogger "Rouh" broadcasted live expressing her severe psychological suffering due to pressures she described as stemming from extortion and bullying, before announcing her intent to end her life.
The devastated blogger explained that the crisis worsened due to conflicts with a lady who – according to her – deliberately pursued her with harm and bargaining, particularly after learning that someone had proposed to her, which unleashed a wave of hurtful comments and accusations she could no longer silently face.
With painful words during a live broadcast on her Instagram account last Friday, she said: "I am sorry that this is the last video you will see me in looking like this, but the storm was stronger than me."
The incident provoked widespread reactions across social media platforms, and the clip spread widely among the thousands who followed the event anxiously.
In a shocking turn of events, and during the same tragic broadcast, "Rouh" consumed a large amount of medication directly in front of the camera, a scene that terrified viewers and prompted them to post urgent comments for help like: "Someone save her," "Seriously, she took the medicine," and "Hurry up, save her quickly."
Her followers immediately intervened to report the incident, and the concerned authorities were able to reach her and save her before any severe harm occurred, and she was taken to a medical facility to receive the necessary psychological care.
The blogger is currently in a hospital with her condition being unstable, receiving treatment and at risk of falling into a complete coma.
Her ex-husband, named Moody, said: "Rouh's current blood sugar level is 66, which is very low and her condition is very bad, and if her sugar level drops to 60 she will go into a coma, and curse those who were the cause."
