50 people hanging between life and death in Moscows frost video

Khaberni - 50 people lived through tough moments between the sky and the ground following a sudden stop of the transport mechanism in the Stepanovo ski park at the outskirts of the Russian capital Moscow, where the park visitors found themselves trapped in their hanging seats amidst harsh climatic conditions.

The trapped individuals faced severe cold reaching minus 19 degrees Celsius, coinciding with the drop in temperature in the region to extreme "freezing" levels, turning the recreational ride into a real test of endurance against the snowy winds.

According to the website "Moika78.ru", Russian emergency teams rushed to the scene to start a precise and swift evacuation operation to save lives from the risk of freezing.

The rescuers used advanced "tri-fold ladders" to reach those stuck at the top of the lift, manually lowering each person amid the anxious crowd below.

Video clips captured from the field showed strenuous efforts made by paramedics to ensure a safe descent for each person, amid weather conditions that made movement and handling of frozen metal machinery more difficult.

The General Administration of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Moscow region announced the complete success of the mission and the completion of the evacuation process for all the trapped individuals.

Despite the prolonged exposure outdoors and under the severity of the frost, which reached "20 degrees below zero" in some neighboring areas, medical reports confirmed there were no injuries or serious health damages among the fifty passengers.

The operation concluded safely after securing all the citizens and transferring them to warm places, thus closing a chapter of one of the toughest incidents witnessed by the winter resorts in January (current January).
