The Meteorological Department expects rainfall starting early morning in the north of the kingdom, gradually extending to the central regions and parts of the eastern areas. The rain may be heavy at times and accompanied by thunder and occasionally hail, leading to the formation of flash floods in valleys and low areas. In the afternoon, light rain is expected in parts of the southwestern regions.
During the night, the weather will generally be cold with the chance of light, scattered rain showers in the western parts of the kingdom.
The Meteorological Department warns of the danger of flash floods in valleys and low areas in the north and central parts of the kingdom and parts of the eastern regions, the danger of reduced horizontal visibility due to dust stirred by the wind, which is expected to be active during the day in desert areas, sometimes completely obscuring visibility on desert roads, and from reduced horizontal visibility due to fog and clouds touching the ground especially over mountainous highlands, and the risk of slipping on roads experiencing rainfall.
For Wednesday and Thursday, the Meteorological Department explained that a gradual rise in temperatures is expected, with the weather being cold to pleasant in most regions, and pleasant to relatively warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with some low clouds appearing on Wednesday, and mostly sunny weather on Thursday.
According to the Meteorological Department, on Friday, the skies over the kingdom will be covered with medium and high-altitude clouds, and the weather will be pleasant in temperature in most areas, and relatively warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
