Khaberni - Today, Monday, the Financial Parliamentary Committee discusses the bill ratifying a loan agreement between the government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Government of the Italian Republic.
According to the text of the agreement, the Italian loan financing is considered direct support for the general budget of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to implement the program titled "Jordanian Government Program Aimed at Citizens".
Italy offers an interest-free unconditional loan not exceeding 50 million euros to support the achievement of "the program" objectives, with the mentioned amount being the maximum available for the Italian contribution to the program.
On its part, Jordan guarantees to provide the necessary financial, material, and human resources to implement the program according to Annex (1) and in accordance with the principles of budget support.
