Khaberni - The famous Kuwaiti content creator, Dr. Khulood, and her husband Ameen Ghbashi, were released after a temporary detention following a decision to release them in exchange for a financial bail amounting to five thousand Kuwaiti dinars, as announced by the legal defense team.
Lawyer Mariam Al-Bahr, who is responsible for following up on the case, explained that the release procedures were officially completed after fulfilling all the legal requirements, pointing out that the efforts of the defense team greatly contributed to speeding up the required transactions. This was stated in an announcement she published on her official social media account, where she expressed appreciation for the efforts made during the past period.
In the same context, lawyer Ismail Dashti noted that Dr. Khulood's health condition requires precise medical follow-up, pointing to her suffering from heart electrical disturbances, which necessitates regular treatment and avoiding psychological stress that might affect her health condition.
The lawyer confirmed that all financial activities of Dr. Khulood and her husband are managed through official and accredited channels, and that financial transactions are subject to periodic disclosure procedures before banking entities, and that their sources of income stem from marketing and advertising contracts with well-known companies, ensuring full compliance with legal regulations.
Dr. Khulood had earlier warned in a previous statement against being swayed by rumors or circulating inaccurate information about her or her family, asserting her full right to take legal action against anyone who insults her or promotes news that damages her reputation. Her lawyer's office also issued an official statement confirming the monitoring of media and electronic excesses, with a warning against publishing or recirculating any false claims or defamatory content.
