Khaberni - In a solemn and touching moment, Sheikh Mohammad Nasser Al-Haqeesh, from the village of Rajm Aqab – Umm Al-Rasas, passed to the mercy of God Almighty while he was raising the call to Asr prayer on Wednesday inside the mosque. Here death met him as he was calling "Prayer, O servants of God," making his last words an invitation to prayer and a meeting with his Lord from the niche of obedience.
Sheikh Al-Haqeesh, known for his clear voice and his regularity in the call to prayer, left a significant impact on the hearts of worshippers and the residents of his area who were used to hearing his daily call. His departure in this manner indicates a righteous end, and loyalty to a life full of obedience and worship.
According to his relatives, the funeral prayer for the deceased will be held after the Dhuhr prayer today, Thursday.
We ask God to envelop him in His vast mercy, admit him to His spacious Paradise, and grant patience and consolation to his family and loved ones.
To God we belong and to Him we shall return.
