Khaberni - Syrian President Ahmad Al-Shara arrived in Moscow to conduct talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
The Kremlin stated that the discussions would cover issues related to the presence of Russian forces in Syria, in addition to exploring prospects for bilateral cooperation and exchanging views on developments in the region.
It was noted that relations between Moscow and Damascus are actively developing following the change in leadership in Syria, pointing out that the issue of the withdrawal of Russian forces from Syrian military bases falls under the jurisdiction of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
