Iraqi Hezbollah warns War on Iran will not be a walk in the park

Khaberni - The Secretary General of the Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades, Abu Hussein al-Hamidawi, warned that declaring war on Iran will not be "walk in the park", but rather "the enemies will taste various forms of dreadful death and will not have a foothold in our region".

Al-Hamidawi stated in a press release distributed on Sunday, "We call on our brothers, the mujahideen, in the east and west of the Earth.. and everyone who refuses to let the front of disbelief and hypocrisy prevail over the people of faith and justice, to prepare for a comprehensive war to support and bolster the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has stood for more than four decades beside the oppressed and all genuine causes".

Concluding his statement, the Secretary General of the Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades said, "We tell our brothers, the mujahideen, to be ready in the field for this, and to brace themselves for one of the two good outcomes, especially if jihad is declared by the authorities to wage this holy war, and what it entails in terms of rulings or jihad actions that escalate to martyrdom operations, in defense of the people of Islam".

According to an Israeli channel, the commander of the US Central Command, Brad Cooper –during a meeting with the Israeli Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir– spoke of a "short, swift, and clean operation" in Iran.

Cooper emphasized that full readiness in the Iranian arena takes time, albeit the United States is always prepared for any limited action.

The Israeli channel 14 attributed to the American military official the statement that spoke of the necessity to change the regime in Iran and that the attack, if it occurs, will target those who have harmed protestors, according to his expression.

And the Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that the Israeli Chief of Staff mentioned that the timing of the American attack on Iran has not been determined, noting that "it depends on the decision of the American President Donald Trump".
