Khaberni - The first non-Iranian oil tanker crossed the Strait of Hormuz transmitting signals through the tracking device since the outbreak of war in the Middle East on February 28, as announced by the specialized maritime navigation monitoring observatory "Marine Traffic" on Monday.
The observatory stated in a report, "The oil tanker Aframax (a medium-sized tanker) ‘Karachi’, loaded with +Das+ crude oil from Abu Dhabi, became the first non-Iranian tanker to cross the strait while transmitting the Automatic Identification System (AIS) signal, indicating that some shipments might have negotiated safe passage."
