Khaberni - Power was cut off to more than 600,000 subscribers in the United States today, Sunday, due to a snowstorm that swept through 10 states.
According to the American network "CNN", the states of Tennessee, Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana recorded the highest number of homes and commercial facilities affected, with power cuts affecting more than 100,000 subscribers in each of them.
Airlines have canceled more than 13,000 flights.
As the storm continues, American President Donald Trump approved a state of emergency declaration in 10 southeastern states on Saturday.
Trump stated that his administration is working closely with the governors of the affected states and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, as part of ongoing preparations to deal with the aftermath of the storm.
