Indeed, where does the state of Abu Thamer get this popularity that is envied and how can a man enjoy both leadership respect and people’s love, and how has his state, with its security and administrative biography (Director of Intelligence, Minister of Interior, Prime Minister), managed to earn the love, respect, and appreciation of both the ruler and the ruled. The answer is very simple: because he is a (virtuous citizen) no position tamed him, no exclusion limited him; the great are great wherever they are found.
The Pasha, cherished and respected by Jordanians, serves as a model in every position he held, most notably (Prime Minister) and should we forget (Where did you get this from?) which we did not know before him and we have forgotten after. Are we not still suffering to this day from the corrupt and their followers and their progeny? But his tenure did not last long in the presidential seat as the breach had widened on the patch, and it turned out as it did!
And I point out that Mr. Obeidat is the maker of the national charter, commissioned by His Majesty the late King Hussein, may God forgive him, under whose shadows we live to this day. And this is a precedent recorded for his state in golden letters as such a responsibility is only trusted to (the catch) among men.
May God grant us the competence of the likes of Ahmad Obeidat and provide our leadership with a righteous entourage, show us the truth as truth and grant us to follow it, and the false as false and grant us to avoid it.
And Allah is behind the intent.
