Khaberni - Deputy Saleh Al-Armouti said: I was surprised by a question from one of the journalists before the start of the session about the existence of a gift from the government to the people.
He added: I answered that we are not used to gifts from the government for the poor destitute people.
He noted that I whisper to the prime minister to listen to the voice of the people and present them with any gifts.
He added I suggest that the deputies should not talk to the ministers during the session and that the General Secretariat should make a decision on this.
