Khaberni - A number of pharmacists, through the Pharmacists Rescue Coalition, have issued an official judicial warning to the Jordanian Pharmacists' Syndicate Council, charging it with its legal responsibilities in defending the profession and representing the pharmacists of the Kingdom, according to a statement received by the "Al-Wakeel News" site.
The coalition clarified that this step was taken within the framework of exercising their legal right, their commitment to protecting the pharmacy profession, safeguarding the rights of pharmacists, and rectifying the institutional course of syndicate work, especially in light of currently pivotal issues that affect the future of the profession and the reality of pharmacies.
The coalition confirmed that the judicial warning included demands related to the necessity of the syndicate council to adhere to the provisions of laws and regulations, respect the decisions of the general assembly, and address organizational, administrative, and financial observations, in addition to the council taking responsibility for defending the rights of pharmacists, including the telemedicine file and its direct implications on the pharmaceutical sector and the health of the citizens.

The Pharmacists Rescue Coalition, which includes a consensus of members from the general body of the Jordanian Pharmacists Syndicate, stated that they had issued an official judicial warning to the syndicate council.
The Pharmacists Rescue Coalition indicated that the warning included a series of clear demands, among them emphasizing the legal responsibility of the syndicate council to represent the pharmacists of the Kingdom and defend the profession, respect the decisions of the general assembly, comply with the provisions of governing laws and regulations, in addition to addressing organizational, administrative, and financial observations that affect the proper management of syndicate work and the protection of syndicate funds.
The Pharmacists Rescue Coalition confirmed that defending the rights of pharmacists and protecting the profession is a fundamental legal duty of the syndicate council, and one of the core items included in the judicial warning, especially given the pivotal issues currently on the table, notably the telemedicine file, which various effective syndicate voices representing the general assembly have called for action on excluding the pharmaceutical file from this system and its direct consequences on the future of the profession and the reality of pharmacies, particularly the health of the citizens.
It is worth mentioning that the Pharmacists Rescue Coalition had undertaken this step within the framework of exercising their legal right, their commitment to protecting the profession and safeguarding the rights of pharmacists, rectifying the institutional course of syndicate work and protecting the rights of pharmacists from any tampering that serves the public interest of the profession and preserves the dignity of pharmacists.
