Flick Threatens Guardiolas Throne at Barcelona

Khaberni -  Barcelona's technical director Hansi Flick is approaching Pep Guardiola's record as the most successful coach in the history of the Catalan club.

Flick took over the helm of "the Blaugrana" last summer, succeeding Xavi Hernandez, and since his arrival the team has been achieving impressive results and is currently competing in all championships it participates in, having already won its first trophy, the Spanish Super Cup.

Under Flick's leadership, Barcelona achieved their 11th consecutive win after defeating Racing in the round of 16 of the Copa del Rey, an event that hasn't occurred since the 2014-2015 season when Luis Enrique was the coach of the Catalan team.

The record Flick is nearing is the consecutive wins streak in the Spanish League, held by former Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola, who has 16 consecutive wins from the 2010-2011 season.

Currently, the German coach has 9 consecutive victories, which is considered the best winning streak since he took over the technical direction of Barcelona.

The defeat against Chelsea in the Champions League was a turning point for the team this season, as the team has not known defeat since that moment.

The team has played six matches in the Spanish League, two in the Spanish Super Cup, two in the Copa del Rey, and one match in the Champions League, scoring 32 goals and conceding 8 goals.

Barcelona is preparing to face Real Sociedad in the upcoming 20th round of "La Liga" on Sunday evening.
