Khaberni - Abu Dhabi Police, in cooperation with the Monitoring and Control Center, apprehended a reckless driver who was broadcasting live on a social media platform while driving the vehicle, in behavior that poses a risk to his safety and the safety of other road users.
They renewed their call for the necessity of adhering to safe driving, emphasizing that the road is not a place for showing off or interacting with social media.
The Department of Traffic and Patrols Security emphasized that such behavior constitutes a serious violation of traffic laws, due to its recklessness and capacity to distract, stressing that they will not be lenient with any behavior that endangers lives, calling on drivers to abide by traffic rules and not to be distracted by social media while driving.
