Khaberni - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi received on Monday Jean-Pierre Lacroix, the United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations.
Safadi and Lacroix discussed the regional situation and the mechanisms to enhance and develop the existing cooperation between the Kingdom and the United Nations.
Safadi affirmed Jordan's support for the United Nations and its international peacekeeping forces in their deployment areas, contributing to regional and international security and stability.
