Khaberni - In a funny and unusual incident, a young man from the province of Najaf surprised police officers by calling the emergency and emergency hotline "911", not to report a security or traffic accident, but to express his desire to celebrate his birthday with them, as his birthday on January 9 coincides with the Iraqi Police Day.
The media director of the Najaf police, Colonel Mufeed Taher, said in media statements that this incident is the first of its kind in the province, indicating that the young man's request to celebrate with them surprised the station's staff, but the report turned from a routine procedure to a warm human moment, as he described.
He added that the relationship between the citizens and the security forces is not always detention reports, but can be embodied in a small greeting, a cake, or a commemorative photo.
The incident received wide interaction on social media, where many Iraqis shared the video and photos taken during the young man's birthday celebration at the police station, confirming that such human moments reflect another side of the security force's work away from the usual official procedures.
