Khaberni - Haitian media reports state that at least 30 people died in a stampede at a popular tourist site in Haiti on Saturday.
A large crowd gathered at the Laferrière Fortress in the northern town of Milot on Saturday, according to the newspaper "Le Nouvelliste".
The fortress, dating back to the 19th century, is a UNESCO World Heritage site and a popular tourist destination in the north of the country, located in the Caribbean region.
