Plans indicate that many scenes of the film will be shot in Saudi Arabia, with a budget of about 100 million dollars.
The fourth installment of Rush Hour addresses the issue of poaching wildlife on a global scale, as agents "Lee" and "Carter" embark on missions that extend between China, Africa, and Saudi Arabia.
