Khaberni - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Ayman Safadi and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan discussed a number of bilateral issues and the developments in Gaza, the West Bank, and Syria in a phone call today.
The ministers emphasized the necessity of adhering to the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip and the initiation of its second phase, and the need to consolidate efforts to stop the dangerous Israeli escalation in the occupied West Bank.
They also reaffirmed ongoing cooperation and coordination to support Syria and the efforts of the Syrian government to rebuild Syria and protect its security, stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, as well as the safety of its citizens.
